I have a Bosch Classixx 1200 Express and after each wash now, the conditioner remains in the dispensing tray. I have cleaned it out, washed and dried it, all to no avail. Therefore my clothes now feel quite hard when they come out of the wash. What next? Any suggestions?

Is the conditioner watered down at all, possibly blocked outlets in dispenser draw housing (detergent and conditioner can splash back up inside the housing blocking the little holes where the water comes out)
Remove the draw and clean up inside checking that the holes are clear

Otherwise I would suspect a faulty water inlet valve on the conditioner

Thanks Leccy. The conditioner did used to be watered down but now is just sitting there as full conditioner. When I remove the drawer there is a gap on the left hand side which looks like a tube within the casing which goes down the side of the machine. It is full of water and conditioner. So maybe it is blocked. Presume I need someone out to clear it then

why pay to clean it just pull it out soak it in a bowl of water or put in dishwasher .

Hi Rocks1

I have cleaned it out and soaked and scrubbed it but still not taking the conditioner away when machine on. Its the section where the water and conditioner appears to be sitting which is a long narrrow cavity (which cannot be removed and is connected to the machine casing) that appears to be blocked.

the tube should have a cap on, it trust me that bit in the drawer needs unblocking .i take it the roof of the dispenser is clean the little holes on the top are not gunked up .

chuck a load of distilled vinegar down there. solved the problem on my neighbours machine
