Bosch dishwasher making odd noise?

I have a brand new Bosch dishwasher. It keeps making a recurring noise. Video attached. I had a Bosch engineer take a look but he said it sounded normal. He replaced the heat pump but no difference. I’m not convinced, does anyone else have a Bosch dishwasher that makes this noise?

I’ve also noticed it’s not cleaning everything properly, particularly tea mugs in the top rack.

Run a hot wash without dishes to clean it , then experiment with different programs. Make sure salt and rinse aid in place. My first dishwasher died after a couple of years due to lack of salt

It’s got salt and rinse aid. It’s a brand new dishwasher, I’ve only had it for a month. I’ll try running a hot wash. The noise does seem odd though.
