Could anyone help, please?
My dishwasher got stuck permanently draining, even though the machine is empty. I established that the leak tray was full, and the float switch had tripped. Emptying the pan has returned normal fuction. I have stripped down the machine, inspected and cleaned the push-fit hoses at the sump, and the drain pump/ sump interface. All the O-rings and surfaces apear good. I can see no split in the drain hose. I am still sure that the leak is during the drain cycle.
Is there a common site at which this type of leak occurs?
(The machine has been stored 6 months and moved. I takes 1-2 complete washes to fill the tray and trip out.)
