Bosch Maxx washing machine

My daughter's Bosch Maxx washing machine is stuck on RINSE.
This has happened before and the call out technician fixed it by just resetting the it pushing a few buttons on the program dial but my daughter does not remember exactly how to reset the dial.
Can anybody help , Please???
