I own a Bosch SHE43M dishwasher. The appliance has an array of control panel on the outside front of the dishwasher. One of them has popped out. All I really want to do is replace the button. I believe I need to remove the outer panel to do this. The outer panel appears to be in two pieces. I tried unscrewing the top part of the panel (there is a series of 6 star screws at the top) but this did not seem to allow the top piece to come off. Rather than force something and break the dishwasher farther. I decided to ask how to remove the outer panel so that I can re-seat the button.
