bosch w/machine not fully rinsing

I have a bosch Wff 2001 and a few weeks ago it would not complete the rinse program (but would spin after emptying the washing tub of water).

So that's to the search facility I cleant out the bottle at the back of the drum and cleant the little black rubber tubing.

Now after about 4 washes - same problem again. So essentially the machine get stuck with the rinse and spin lights flashing.

Emptied the tub and it spun fine (but will not rinse).

Any suggestions please
