Our trusty machine delivered a very wet washload. I drained it out. The indicator light doesn't come on, though my wife thinks it was on before she opened up.
I have checked the external 13A fuse and the electrical socket are OK and replaced 95% of the power lead (last bit has moulded plastic anti-pull protector)
The component the LNE attaches to, black about 30x30x50mm, looks, from diagram on the front, like a relay + internal fuse. Seems logical that there should be such an overload protector. It has serial no F11.126/852-321 (also 5500 0000 02). I have not found any mention of this as a problem component, neither is it obviously listed in spares for the machine.
Am I on the right track and, if so, where would I get one (UK)?
Thanks in advance
