My Bosch excell is just over 2 years old so out of warranty and has developped fault - on all programmes is sticks on the wash cycle but will not move onto rinse -spin etc. unless i do so manually - the timer counts down as usual as so does the time line but the various cycles do not follow, the wash just keeps on going - when timer shows 0 it is still only on the wash cycle ! - I have drained from little pipe at bottom and checked for any blockage on the compartment at bottom tight at front -please could someone suggest next step !!!?? surely too soon for something major to go on it ??
