bosch washing machine

had a look through the internet and couldnt find anything, so Im going to ask here all the same. I have a bosch aquatech wfp 3201 washine machine with an error code of F01 after a couple of minutes of running, anyone come accross this or know where I can look it up.

Bosch/Siemens/Neff Integrated Washer Dryers (WVTi/WDi & V534)

E01 = Aquastop
E04 = Wash NTC
E05 = No water in
E06 = No water out
E10 = Motor fault
E14 = Dryer NTC
