You say it is not fully draining? Do you mean there is a small amount of water left in the drum when you unload the machine? It could be a simple partial blockage of your waste plumbing. You could pull the machine out and see if it will drain OK into a bucket. If it does not drain properly into a bucket you might find there is an obstruction, such as a rubber band caught in the pump.
