bosch wf02465gb washing machine

hi the washing machine stopped last , no power on display panel , there is a clicking noise coming from behind the programme contol knob (digital timer) .

the leds above the wash options are also faintly pulsing ?
any ideas?

Sounds like the PCB (power control board) has had it! I had similar problems with my Bosch WFS 3040 Silence machine and the engineer (out of warranty at the time) replaced the PCB and it worked fine after. Cost me £250. but engineer told me the rest of the machine was in good condition and it was better to spend the money rather than get a newer, but not as good machine. Cost me over £800.00 new! Looked a bargain at the time, and had it for 8 years before I had to have the PCB replaced, so not too bad. You could try a washing machine spares dealer and rob or buy the PCB off him for a few pounds and try it in your machine if you feel capable of doing it yourself? Good luck!
