Having trouble with one of the radiators where the bottom is cool and the top is hot. All other radiators are working fine.

I am nota heating engineer, but from what i have read the on these forums, your radiator is full of sludge.
to cure the problem you will have to remove the radiator, for advice on how to do that see the "how to " section
