Brand New Machine AEG L64840

[AEGL64840]

Hi All

Two weeks ago we got this AEG L64840 washing machine and replaced with the first one due to pump nose and ten days later the second one has the same problem.

Has anyone else got this problem? Anyone may know what might be? This is supposed to be a silent machine.

pumps are noisy, silent means wash and spin , makes a chugging noise does it .

Hi

I had another AEG for 10 years (before rest in piece now) and it didn't do this much noise... During the first week up arrival on the replacement machine the noise wasn't so prominent until now though. If not a problem with this model (i hope not) perhaps the installation issue? Especially noisier on the 30mints program called refresh!
