Hello all. This is my first post on this forum.
Since the storm in January 2025 I have noticed a brick pattern on the side of my house has been getting worse. This is the side of the house that gets the worst of the weather.
The house was built around 2003 and has white rough cast all round.
It looks like there may be a horizontal hairline crack in the rough cast that may be letting in water and you can start to make out this brick wall pattern below where I think the rough cast is cracked.
Is this something that can be fixed or repaired by a DIYer or does it need a tradesman?
I’m quite happy to try any repairs myself.
The crack is about 4m from the ground.
I have also noticed the same pattern on some of my neighbours houses…some worse than on mine.

Many thanks, Gary

Damp and condensation problem. Temp difference in block's and joints.
Fill joints and paint I guess without looking at it..
