I have an ugly external breezeblock wall I want to 'disguise' as I can't afford to replace. It is basically sound and previously painted. Is there a paint type product available that is thick enough to cover up not only the surface of the blocks, but also fill in the grooves between blocks to provide a smooth surface? If at all poss I don't want to have to render before painting; I want a one-step solution if there is one out there.
