Hi Guys,
Over the last couple of weeks with the weather we have been having our 1940 built house brick walls are sucking in water like a sponge.
It is so bad that that it is bridging from the outside wall through our concrete window lintel and into the inside wall.
The house also has a porch built much later and now the bricks above the inside door (previously the outside wall) is dripping water.
What is the best course of action, I feel it would be treating the bricks with a water sealer, is Thompsons one coat ultra water sealerany good or is there a more longer lasting liquid treatment?
Thanks in advance.
Mick
