bristian prisim thermo shower part needed SOS!!!!!!!!!

i have a bristian prism thermo shower, it needed a part, a cartridge which was fine, i ordered it but having problems with another part that is needed. i have been told it is a deep wall exten kit, and is needed to fit at the end of the cartridge due to tept of the wall, i have added pictures of the part that came out if it, below titles shower part 1 - and shower part 2 is the the other parts, i have been in contact with bristain and they can t help they sid it is not one of their parts!!!! can anyone help???
