Britony 2T water heater heat exchanger leaking.

The heat exchanger has developed a leak at a soldered joint. Is it possible to plug this leak externally? If not, is it possible to have the joint resoldered? Perhaps have a welded repair?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
