If the flame detection process is flawed the burner will light for about 5 sec and then go out.

According to your info the burner never lights up !

PS Why do I have this feeling the new PCB may not make it work?
 
UPDATE
Right after waiting 6 days for the new pcb board to arrive :roll: i finally got round to refitting the combi back together. and now i have hot water and the central heating is all back up and running again :D
