Their is a noise coming from the fan area above the heat exchanger starts off with a high pitch noise then into a long drowling noise, it happens after about 20 seconds after turning the hot tap on, fan is tuning ok at full speed could it be the flue gases

Crap in ht/ex. Check gas pressures as well.

gas pressure was 11mb which is ok
