broken control knob Worchester boiler 28 CDI old type

the 2 x control knobs. One for turning the heating on and off has broken with a piece left inside (which you can see in the photo) and the hot water knob is also missing. How can I get this out? and where to get a replacement?

1. You can probably get the old piece out with needle nose / snipe nose pliers.
2. For replacement(s) search "Worcester 28 cdi spare knob"
