Hi,

This border plants (no idea on what they are) have dead ends. I'm not sure if this is a natural thing or spill over from patio magic cleaner that I use once a year. Can someone give me advice on how to make them look healthier and more green?

TIA

At this time of year you may have a mixture of last year’s growth, which may be turning brown and dying back, and new green shoots. It may also be that it is dry, as it hasn’t rained much lately. It’s hard to be definitive without knowing exactly what the plants are. Do they flower?

I doubt that “patio cleaner” would have any effect, though “patio weedkiller” would.

It doesn't look to me like a reaction to low or missing nutrients - more of a drying out, frost damage (which would explain the top half leaf dieback) or just old leaves.
It would do no harm to cut out the dead leaves, and check the soil isn't too dry.

You could, experimentally, cut one back with shears and see if regrowth is healthy.

I cut back some ropy looking perennials a few weeks back, before the good weather stimulated growth, and they have put on healthy new growth.

By the look of your tulip and narcissi, your district is a few weeks behind mine. I have just had to spray for greenfly and box moth. The first peony (gets the most sun) is starting to bloom.

Get a plant identification app (i.e. Pl@ntNet) and work out what they are. It’s impossible to advise without knowing what the plants actually are.
