Mine has two intermittent faults.
It doesn't display the caller ID and doesn't ring for incoming calls.
When the faults are present, the caller led still flashes and callers are able to leave a message for the unanswered call.
I have a Binatone phone with the same call features and when plugged in to the same socket, works perfectly well, displaying caller ID and ringing.
Is there anyone with phone expertise who might know if I can take the Duet 60 apart and repair the fault?
