Building a house bottom of garden - drain/sewer question.

Hi, I hope you can advise, we are looking at building a house on some land behind a house but its on a slight downward slope with an incline up to the road/drains, is there a devise that would assist in the water flow up to the drains/sewers? Many Thanks

You can get pumping stations for sewers but they are pretty spendy.

You wouldn't normally find them on a single house, more common on a development with 3/4 houses sharing it.

How deep below the road are the drains/sewers, and how far down the slope is the house going to be?

Bottom line is, if a sufficient fall cannot be achieved from building to a suitable sewer, then pumping is the only option. Water isn't going to flow uphill!
I wouldnt even consider a septic tank (even if allowed), money would be better spent on a pumping package.

I'd be looking at a residential treatment tank first.
Pumps break down, give trouble and stop running when no electricity.
