Building Fabric / Membrane

Hi,

Can someone recommend a damp protective fabric. I've seen this stuff used on building sites when I've driven past but not sure what the product is.

I'm building a shed, from 4*2 treated timber, I plan on cladding the outside with a decent weatherboard and wanted to use this fabric material behind, but unsure what it is called.

I then want to clad the inside with OSB.

So I have weatherboard, batten, fabric, 4*2 then OSB.
