I am looking to create toilet under stairs. Some builder did the first bit for me. He got new soil pipe in. He said now you can get the BCO to look at it.
I’m filling building notice form now..so if I select New WC (rather then drain alteration). will they come out initially to check pipe? And then come after to check W.C.? Thanks
also does a toilet under stairs have a minimum size that building notice will reject?
