I've just finished an engineering degree and spent the last few months building a small tool called CertWith, aimed at construction teams.
It does one thing: tracks your workers' certs (CSCS, CPCS, first aid, etc.) and automatically emails you before any of them expire: 60, 30 and 7 days out, so a lapsed card doesn't catch you out on site or in an audit.
I deliberately kept it simple. A lot of the tools out there are full platforms, timesheets, RAMS, inductions, portals, the lot, which is great if you need all that, but overkill if you just want to stop cards slipping through the cracks. CertWith is meant for people who want the cert side handled cleanly and nothing else to learn.
It's free to try if you fancy a look: certwith.com
Any honest feedback from people who manage crews would be really appreciated, good or bad.
