I currently have a rooftop deck on top of sleepers on top of a bur roof. The roof leaks on one spot - not bad only with a crazy heavy rain.
I've taken up the deck boards and started to clear of the pebbles. Some low spots for sure.
What are my options for fixing this? I had a couple thoughts...
1. Remove all pebbles, get a piece of EPDM Rubber and lay it down over the roof and use the rocks as a ballast.
2. Get something like liquid rubber and paint it over the cleaned BUR roof and then place the pebbles back over.
Any other ideas? I really don't want to rip the entire roof off right now.
