I am a trustee of a building like a village hall. We have had lead stolen off the flat part of the roof a couple of times (it has been reroofed with zinc or some other low-value material), and we have had flashing pulled off, and we have had undesirables climbing up to see if there's anything worth having.
I thing it would be a good idea to use an anti-climb non-drying paint on the higher parts of the downpipes, and on the bargeboards and gutters.
How long does it last, what's the covereage like, and is it available in colours? It is rather a specialist product and none of us have experience of it.
