Button Flushers - Fitting and supply?

Hello all, happy new year.

I have tiled the board behind my loo and the only flusher that will now fit is a push button, so I am not left with a huge hole in the mosaic tiles.

Can anyone recommend where on line I can get a push button flusher with a long rod attachment? (This will be going into the front of the cistern, not the top).

The firm www.toiletspares.co.uk really takes some beating, but I don't know if what you need is there.....
I did have a similar issue with someone's loo once, and sorted that by using a Grohe pneumatic flush - but you need the flush valve and button, of course.
