i was planning to buy a house,my offer accepted and i instructed for home survey, and i have been told by the surveyor( obviously not by the home owner or estate agent!!!!) that the house was a PRC home (AIREY House) and been repaired during 1987. And this house has been extended during this time.
SO I checked this with the estate agent and they said this house has got a PRC certificate and they are trying to get it from the building society.
Now my concern is ,
Do this type of repaired PRC home worth to buy?
Are they have resale value same as the normal brick house?
Do they have any problem with the foundation?

Is there any one who have experience living in this type of house or can give some advice regarding this matter
