i have purchased a new house which was a reposession and the estate agent did not have the code for the alarm. its a c&k securitech ( this is what it says on the keypad. can anyone help me with this? i have to remove the fuse at the switch above to silence it, i think the exterior battery must be flat as this stops the alarm. i also had to remove the rear magnet sensor on the door when i replaced the door. i would love to get it working as i have a young couple who have rented the property from me and it would be more secure for them, help to reset it would be much apreciate it, thanks in advance

The keypad will be connected to a control panel that is wired to the mains and contains the backup battery.
To reset an unknown user code or do programming of the system, you'll need an engineer's code or a reset of the panel to factory default.
I doubt you'll get info on how to reset the panel on a public discussion forum such as this, for obvious security reasons.
IMO, your best course of action would be to call in an alarm company & get them to do a service of the system for your tenant's piece of mind.

But in order for that code to work you have to give the address of the property, your s/c and account number and your pin.
