Hi
My number 0 is being a little difficult at the moment and I was wondering if I could buy and fit a new keypad myself. If I can does anyone know where I can buy one from?

you change your code so as not to include the 0

When you set it at night so that it excludes zone 6 i.e. upstairs, you have to use the 0.
