Cable attached to radiator? What is it?

Hi, i'm just re-decorating the bathroom and removed the radiator last night to paint. Couldn't move it far though as it's attached to the wall with a cable, which i've never seen before.. Through a hole in the wall and attaches to the bottom of the rad with a little screw on clip?

Anyone know what this is? Something simple i'm sure
