i am moving to a new house soon
the foundations are concrete slab and its a bungalow
my boiler engineer tells me he worked on the estate...in 1990 ish...and the cables and pipes are dropped from the loft via sort of eggbox core walls internally and in the inner skin of a block/cavity/stud/plasterboard outer wall construction
so using common sense and keeping away from horizontal drops which could occur near sockets or radiators i should be ok
but
rather than risk it i want to be sure using a detector
i have looked at the amazon argos array and they seem to be lead balloons
may i please have a recommendation for a reliable tool. will probably use it at my daughters house as well so i dont mind paying a decent price for a good item
cheers
