Camray Quartet Problem

I have a Camray Quartet Boiler, not fully pumped. Its used with a HoneyWell ST699 programmer.
I tried to replace the room thermostat, found that i could not get it to work, so i replaced the old unit.
Now the boiler comes on when HEATING is selected, but it is taking no notice of the room themostat. However the pump is taking notice and cuts in and out with the room stat.
Ive wired the thermostat exacly as before.

Any ideas??

The terminals on the room stat is 1-3 2 is used sometimes for a nutural

check a wire has not come out of the wiring station.

P.S If you ring honeywell they will send you a wiring book for all there parts it's very good and easy to use AND FREE
