Can anybody identify this fitting?

Can anybody identify what fitting this is and/ or where to buy them... it came with a ceiling shower head I bought offline and when trying to fit it I realised that The fitting was not long enough to screw the retainer around it in the loft and then connect the water (only stuck 1mm above the plasterboard) I am looking where I can buy a longer version/ other soultions

It's a bit of a guess not being able to see everything you've got. A good plumbers merchants with knowledgeable counter staff should be able to sort you out.

Need to see the rest of the fittings but if standard thread sizes you can use a backplate elbow and radiator extension(s) to get you to the correct length.
