Can anyone ID this render?

Hello
Can someone ID this rendering? It was completed on my nans house as part of a council estate insulate and render. It was probably completed around 4 years ago and it now looks a mess.
How can I tell what paint to use on it? Could masonary paint be used to cover it? Im assuming its not k-rend or similar as it has been painted?

It does look like a K rend.
It would need washed and treated with a fungicidal inhibitor before painting.

I thought with k-rend the colour was built into the product? Or can it be bought in one colour and then painted when on the wall in different colours?

The dashing coat is manufactured in different colours so no need for painting.
No idea why they have painted your nans.

Thanks - can I paint it with normal masonary paint or will it need to be a silicone based one - after the fungicide wash...
