Can anyone identify my shower. please help

HI Everyone,

I have nmoved into this property which already had shower installed. It has got no manufacturer name written on the faceut or underneath plate.

It has 2 valves knobs. 1 is for shower and the other one is for thermostate.

I have got pictures attached . can anyone please help me locating what make is it?
