Can anyone identify this kitchen mixer tap?

It's about 15 years old. All the bathroom taps are hansgrohe, but I can't find this in their spares catalogue on-line, so I think it must be a different brand. The ceramic cartridges need replacing.

You'll probably find that they all use the same 1/4 turn ceramic valve. That is if it is a Hansgrohe.

I appreciate the input. Unfortunately, I don't think it is hansgrohe. My only other option – if no one can identify it – is to take one of the ceramic cartridges out. If I measure and photograph it before I put it back, I may be able to match it that way.

I know what you mean, but replacing the whole tap seems a bit wasteful. (No U-bend jokes, please!)
