Hi Guys
I have a Worcester Bosch HeatSlave boiler.
What i want to do is fit a PRV to the incoming Cold Main. I live out in the sticks and we suffer with high static main pressures probably due to the water pipes in the street having been lined with plastic.
We get tap washers, ball cocks and hosepipes blowing regularly but most annoying is getting soaked by the taps when you first turn them on.
It is a common problem around this area, along with very hard water.
So I am thinking a PRV and expansion vessel on the incoming main before the boiler and cold taps are fed to limit max pressure.
Is this a good solution and any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dave
