Can I use water based paint over solvent based primer?

I normally use only water based primers and paints;

I have some preprimed doors (not sure what primer they used) which I had to trim so I needed to prime the sides; having run out of wood primer I bought this Leyland Wood Primer from SF

The problem is that the top coat paint I intend to use is Dulux water based paint, can I still use it?
