candy fridge probs

I have a candy frost fee digital fridge freezer, its a built in version.
The problem is the fridge section cant keep a constant temperature, i've set it for +5 but it wont get that low anymore. If its left alone it will eventually get to +6 but if you open it a couple of times it gets warm real quick?
any ideas what the prob is and is it fixable??

I am not 100% sure, but if that is the model with a fan in the bottom, then cleaning out all the fluff may make a difference.
