Candy washing machine fills up and emptys

Ive got a candy go fs 262 6kg , it's driving me potty
I turn the power on, select a programme , it starts automatically .... But fills up to the top and then empties and so I continues, that's all it does

I've done the obvious things , clean filter and check for kinks in hose ,

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

From what you say it seems that the normal water level switch is not working properly. When it fills to much, the second switch (overflow security) actuates and activates the draining pump.

for reasons unknown to me, .. apparently worn out carbon brushes can cause this too, accoring to the video on espares.
