Don't know if the shower is any good but Homebase is probably the only stockist of this shower and sets their own prices to build the bargain up.
They do the same with their Triton range, such as the Jade model which is promoted at half price i.e on offer at £80 , reduced from £160.
Clever marketing ploy to seduce customers who have no way of checking if they really are half price as there are no other stockists.
Have you seen the price of their plumbing fittings!
