casting foundations in the rain

Hi,
I dug out my foundations (1m deep in clay) on Friday.

We have had light rain since last night but it due to become heavy rain from this evening continuing until tomorrow evening.

I have concrete due to arrive tomorrow lunchtime which will be wheel burrowed from the truck to the trenches.

Any concerns with doing the"pour" during heavy rain?

I will scrape 50mm off the bottom of the trenches before the inspection which is in the morning.

No worries - concrete likes it nice and damp - it will cure better.
