Ceiling Repair

Hi there,I have the following issue with a ceiling repair that needs done to a small area approx 1 ft x 1ft

I have attached a picture to make it clearer, am just not sure who I can call in to help resolve this.

Either a decorator or handyman, just needs another textured coat over the repair.

Its just a small area , scrape off the loose, mix up some filler use a sponge dipped in the filler, dab on and twist and remove you should get a reasonable match with few experiments, leave to dry and paint over ceiling

Thanks for advice folks. The repair job is complete. Happy that it is sealed.
Just need to paint.
