been looking into finally converting the cellar into a movie room
had a quote of 15K and that doesn't include electrical works
have also have a quote for the materials from a supplier which comes to around 1.2K to do myself
never done any cellar work before, what would you advise
there is only one way in and out of the cellar via stairs
the 15k quote includes making a second exit but not sure how they would do this as the house have no drive and opens out onto the street
any advice would be great
