if it is working why replace it ? you can fit a replacement condensing back boiler boiler but they get a poor press, or you can fit another condensing, wall mounted or floor mounted boiler, but you wont get 30 years out of anything that you change it to , if you say your reasons for wanting to change , you will get better responses
