Looking to replace a Honeywell T40 with a Sunvic Select 107XL.

The Honeywell has the following connections:

Earth - green/yellow wire
1 - Red wire
2 - Blue wire
3 - Yellow wire

The Sunvi has:

N
L
1 - Com
2 - Off
3 - On
4

Which colours go where on the new Sunvic?

you need to find out what the red blue and yellow are connected to at the other end, anything else is just a guess
 
I strongly suspect the correct wiring is

red to L and 1
blue to N
yellow to 3
